Mingle box., India owned Orkut !!!
Orkut., this word is quite popular in the streets of youth today and Google ,adding to them has really made it more popular. 'Date' count might be increasing day by day lol :-))Guess why it's because of Orkut open friendship and meetings (seriously).
Last night I have received a link of Mingle box and at first I thought it was some virus as virus, the universal friend is seen quite commonly in all of our scrap books today. But then I saw the message- "Hey, me and my friends - Kavita and Sanjay just started minglebox.com, a cool site for young Indians. It's nice to see young grads starting up a new community site like this and building it for their dreams to happen. I checked the Mingle box site and was really impressed with the work they have put up. It has many features of Scrap book, Mail, Blog, and so many. All these are the real ingredients of enjoyment in youth today. Don't give a miss., Check it by clickin on the image.,

No.., not mine silly ! I don't even have a love story leave alone immortal ones. The guy who said that is the guy who's got innumerable failed love stories., makes good music., sings ok., loves caps and hates the barber or the blade. Yes., it's Mr.............. Himesh Reshammiya. We all love him don't we ? Atleast for making it so easy for us to make comments about his look or his failed love story videos.
I don't hate him. I'm a critic. A good critic appreciates somebody for something he's good at and criticizes him for something......, he's not good at. I've already written a post about him when suddenly everybody was anti-Himesh. Not coz he's my fav but coz most of those who made fun of him enjoyed his music. That's the height of hypocracy. He simply makes good music., has really good lyrics in his songs and good looking women in his videos. Other than that I have nothin else to think about him without immediately switching to another topic.
Now he's coming out with a movie !!!??? Woah ! Now how much excitement ( both good n bad ) will that stir up !? ;) I personally love the video though. Very proffessionally shot., no silly dances., good cinematography with the camera flying accross the scene in almost every shot. Beauty ! I couldn't make out the story though., coz first there are short glimpses of all the previous videos of his and then shows two other girls., one Indian and one blonde.
Now when he said the above line I was impressed coz it sounded a lil classy. But i'm wondering which story is he going to share with us that is his 'real love story'? The most shocking part of the video is the end in which he takes off this cap and puts in the table !!?? Is he really gonna take it off ? I mean... REALLY !!?? Guess we gotto wait about 7 months to July 2007 to find out ! I know u don want to.., but atleast 4 the cap mystery rite ???
School...I think the most memorable for each and everyone in life...well so many memories., Ask any guy about his favorite part of the life.,he says School with a huge smile on his face.. Mischievous acts, faltu n kidding jokes, early crushes.,What not !!
Well I remember me and my friends going with small shorts(nickers lol).,my sir slapping me of playing cricket in the class, teacher punishing me with her stick., Assembly prayer in the morning .,eating lunch with all of my friends in the class ., Playing cricket in so called bet matches., and with no tensions in life and career .,we were happy creatures on earth. Well schooling for me was a great fun in both career and fun., I love my school and my friends forever. I have got really great friends in my school life and they are certainly a part of so called Karthik now.

Vijay - guy who had a goal in life...very few with this quality...seriously Bob & Ramesh - guys who taught me how to behave with girls. A.Avinash - taught me how to not use his slang. Mobashir - Amazing Guy. , this guy really goes great heights in life. Mythily & Radhika - Cultural program list includes these 2 names every time. Ajitha, Kaneez, and Sravya - how can I forget Sandeep situation here in school. Keerthi,Chaitanya & Harshini - selfish on us(not now) but competition was always ON. Rekha - My first and only crush in school.
Sorry if I forgot any of the other names but all of u are truly amazing friends and dint I tell u the name of my school., Its St.Alphonsa's High School.

Hell on earth. Everybody knows wat I'm talking about. It's no movie. I'm not talking about Afghanistan or Iraq. I'm not talking about Indo-pak border. It's a part of our lives that we cannot escape and have to face its wrath everytime we're out of the house. I'm talking about Indian roads.
They look more like a warzone than "a long, narrow stretch with a smoothed or paved surface , made for traveling by motor vehicle, carriage, etc., " like the dictionary says. Here, in my city they are so bad with so many potholes that I sometimes feel like they didnt actually lay down the road but just threw around the asphalt on the way and let it set on its own. I will do a photopost on Indian roads soon.
It's difficult to drive for even a stretch of a hundred metres without being lifted up off ur bike by some pothole or so called 'speed breakers'. They shud call them back breakers., coz that's wat they did to me. If you've been following this blog for sometime., u'd know that I got operated upon coz of a 'slipped disk'. The new pain-in-the-ass helmet rule also sucks coz not only is it stupid (coz there is a good chance u will die being on the receiving end of an accident on the road even with ur helmet on) but it also causes hair loss ! I don wanna be bald before I get married ! There's also the issue of pollution.
So if u are a kind hearted person with deep pockets and enuf change to spare., please do donate me a car., however old it is. U can leave me ur business card in the comments section and I will contact u. I'm serious...., so u be too :)
In the early hours of Sunday 1:30 AM I ended up my boring Saturday and with no office on Sunday , I decided to sleep like pig till 9'o clock in the morning but there was a function in my aunts place early in the morning and mom woke me around 7 to drop her at my aunts place. Sad and sleepy Karthik was reluctant first but still mom na., dropped and came back .,then again I thought I can sleep now but my dad was leaving to Bangalore on some office visit and I had to bring tiffin and all for him ., Poor and sad Karthik did all the things while my lazy brother was enjoying his sleep.
Its 9 o clock and so now all sleep gone!! I'm so particular about sleep these days coz I have office in the early hours and can't sleep for at least 6 hours a day. Then my mom called and asked me to come as quickly as possible to attend the function. I took my bath within 10mins and started there and spent good time with my relatives and all., enjoyed the food and one of my friends Sreekanth called me and said les go for a lunch .,I already finished my lunch but just to give them a company I joined them.
We started our lunch pretty late around 3 and then came back around 5 30.,We started our game FOOTBALL we all guys play it really well when we put some bet on it ;) lagaya bet,. Played till 8 o clock under lights and then went to a near by park , had some nice ice-creams , bhel puri etc.,etc., and started conversations about personal stuff - girls, career, censor, censor .. :) Ultimately around 9:15 ., reached home and there comes a regular dialogue from mom ( em nayana illu kanapadindha ??) . Then watched football match Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur., I enjoyed it coz Chelsea lost and so happy ultimately., came online for sometime and slept again around 11 .,ended my Sunday .,
Actually Saturday is a day where we guys regularly hang out., play well and party but this time it turned out to be Sunday ..A day where I enjoyed with my friends , relatives , my game and also my career ., a great day infact ..wish all my Sundays are going to be the same .,( Was listening to Shakira - Hips dont lie live feat fifa2006 -- shakira, jean )

No posts by u these days !!! Really feel odd sometimes., but lemme tell u I have got pretty supportive reasons for that .,like I m rite now working and busy with the finalizing universities for the Masters stuff .,Anyways from now I give my word to Komal bhai that I will update our blog regularly .,and more importantly a big thanks to Komal coz he is the only guy who is making the blog look cool and updating it regularly., So will be posting my stuff pretty soon …See ya.., Now dun ask me.. If u can listen to a Hindi song playing on my blog rite now and like it., then u got good taste., coz I like it too. It's by this new artist that I heard on MTV. Sona Mahapatra ( and her own band I guess ) has a self titled album 'Sona' out and it's really good, especially the music industry's flooded with Himesh., his mixes., old song remixes.., punjabi remixes. I got the album and I like most of the songs.
It's got 8 original songs and two remixes ( The fever's reached here too !) few of which are my real favourites and are always on my playlist. Kind of reminds me of the 1998-2003-4 era where I believe Indipop was at its best with albums of artists like KK, Shaan, Leslie Lewis, Lucky Ali n a few others. That's becoz the lyrics are simple and not just 'I love u., u love me' kind. They've got depth as in their meaning and a whole different feel in each song.
The hit single 'Bolo na', that's being aired on TV is a slow melody with a kind of alternate rock feel to it with really gr8 lyrics., somethin like I've never heard before and so is one of my fav. Another song is 'Sapne', the one u can listen to here which has a real gr8 message that 'its always imp to have dreams'. 'Aaja Ve' is another good fun teasy-romantic kinda song. This one has the Ram Sampath ( music composer for this album ) feel to it.
The best thing about this album is it really sounds like Indian Pop and not too westernized. If you enjoy good music and are too tired surfing channels for a good song to treat your ears to., switch off the tv and go get this album. By the way.., hope I dont get screwed or sued for putting the song here., but if u like the song., u really gotto buy the album.
